I chose identi.ca back then because of 1. #hierarchical threading 2. better #licence than twitter (3. and after 10 months there I decided I should #own my data and federated myself with #statusnet and #friendica)

In theory: NO. The problem must be handled by the statusnet #admin where the user has the problem.
