@redtie That's a good thought. Yeah, show don't tell was one of the things I had in mind with the rewrite, but I still feel like there isn't enough happening in the dialogue scenes.

That's cool, on the OCs; I have a couple more (Silent Nights and Evening Star) from one of my stories, though they're not "me" in the way Tequila Sunrise is. Re: the custom, I dunno, but I'm sure you'll see it sooner or later. Probably sooner, knowing this fandom.
