@tabithastgherkin *shrugs* I've never heard of them. The name just comes from the Greek goddess of night. Technically, the Nyx in my story isn't much of a character, anyway. It's like... somewhat-sentient energy. In the form of a planet. That can sort-of-not-quite possess people... It's a weird story.

In the story I'm writing, Nyx, this big dark evil-thing, wants to spread its Nyx Seeds across the universe. But the thing is I've just realized that sounds kinda dirty... Uhhhh, not sure what to do about it.

Just had an awkward conversation with my dad where I tried to tell him about the fanfic I'm writing without telling him it's a slashfic. He even asked if there was a love interest... I giggled nervously and tried to avoid the question, but I don't think I completely succeeded...

So my (former-)best friend tried to call the cops on my brother for really no reason. I've tried to stand by her for as long as possible because I knew she needed someone to be there for her, but I think now I'm finally done. I actually feel... kind of relieved.

@abigpony Huh... I played Putt-Putt when I was little, which is a series of games set in a world of car-people (like Cars), so I guess the idea never seemed very strange to me!
