@tenure OMG YES! I'd say, either have it be potluck or byob(food?). If it's a potluck, though, we'd need to make sure everyone listed what they were bringing. If it's byo... then not a problem. In fact, I'm leaning towards the second, but I'd still try to bring something to share with everyone, like cookies or cupcakes or whatever. As far as parks go, I'd say one that has covered pavilions since the weather may not cooperate (darn you late summer Tampa weather!!)

@wollffey Good to hear about the interview! Unfortunately I couldn't put the facebook link into the forums because they seem to have broken. I now get an error page that says the servers or the IP config has changed. So I'll post it to ponychan if you haven't already and I'll send a link to Seth.

@tenure I was just thinking that. What about Labor Day weekend? That's in a month, plenty of time to get word out, especially to anyone who doesn't check this site often. As far as place, I don't know... someplace that doesn't mind a group of geeks with an affinity for ponies....

@wollffey Well if we're going the labor-day route, how about a picnic? Though I don't think I could spring for a whole picnic, if we made it a pot-luck or something I could certainly bring some stuff.

Sup !centralflbronies For any of you in the Orlando area, there's gonna be a pony event at A Comic Shop on August 13th from 9:30pm to 2:30am. It's at 114 S. Semoran Blvd Winter Park, FL. Apparently, there's gonna be My Little Pony Kegs... I hope to some of you there! :D
