@awlderpy My dad's family came here from Ireland well before the Soviet Union was a thing so if I am any bit Abkhaz/Ottoman/Some Kind of Balkan or Something, it's probably really diluted by now.
-
@awlderpy I may very well be. The part of me that isn't Puerto Rico is like forty different kinds of European.
-
@awlderpy Fun fact about my Tumblr background: It's a tiny image I crapped out in literally two seconds back when YouTube channels were customizable. It's just set to tile over and over again.

@awlderpy Got the new computer?
-
@awlderpy nah, now that you've just came back
-
@awlderpy Dude. Hi.
-
@awlderpy Nah. The basic setup is that your nunchuck does all the stuff the Gamecube's left thumb stick and Z button would normally do, your Wiimote is basically your sword, with the directional pad serving to replace the C-stick. The way in which you swing the Wiimote affects how Link slashes his sword. For example, thrusting while locked on to something will make him stab, spinning the Wiimote is the equivalent of charging up a slash to do a spin attack, etc. Using items like the bow or the slingshot, as well as moving the camera while zoomed in, is handled by pointing the Wiimote at your screen and aiming where you want Link to look. Very smooth, I loved it so much.

@awlderpy the motion is a bit silly, they use it more to cupply the lack of buttons, IMO
-
@awlderpy i played a little on both systems, on wii is a bit weird
-
@awlderpy Not even gonna lie, I consider Twilight Princess to be the best Zelda game just because the controls on the Wii version are so good. This was well before Wii Motion Plus (the technology that Skyward Sword uses) was created; in fact, being the Wii's launch title, you'd think the controls would be rather clumsy, but they're actually really smooth.
