@bronymike !bcbronies, Sorry, Chairs are provided, along with a projector screen and tables(I asked for 3, 2 for food/pop, 1 for projector,) it can offer sound and I might do that, it just adds 30$ dollars to to the total but would be a lot more convenient.

@bronymike !bcbronies: Alma Van Dusen, it has a collapsable wall if we need the extra space just need to let them know before sat or it cost an xtra 40. Accdently allready ordered music so will fix that tonight.
