  1. The Gameboy Micro is a masterpiece of Nintendo Design.

      1. @drac Yeah. It's probably my favourite Nintendo handheld actually. It's really amazing, and the backlight on it is so much brighter and clearer than the SP's. The battery goes for 8-10 hours even now. Kind of puts the 3DS to shame.

              1. @mushi I have a few independent game stores nearby who sell the older consoles dirt cheap, so I picked most of these up in the past year.

            2. @ceruleanspark I dont even know why they made a DSi XL...wasnt the point of the DSi to be smaller than the original DS?

              1. @drac No. That was the DS Lite. The DSi is actually a separate console to the DS, with its own exclusive games. It just happens to also be compatible with regular DS carts as well. The XL was actually designed with elderly users in japan in mind. The screens on the XL are very bright and clear in comparison to the other models. That's why I like it. DS games just look better on it.

                  1. @drac It looks like a stupid cash grab by nintendo, but the XL is actually much nicer to use than a regular DS. Everyone who's used mine has either expressed preference for it, or gone out and bought one themselves.

              2. @drac But a bigger screen and bigger buttons extends the market to people with obese thumbs and limited sight. They are nintendo's new easy targets...

              3. @drac would the point be money?
