    And since Pikachu is the only pokemon that has been with him since Kanto (seriously I dont understand why he leaves all his good pokemon with Professor Oak) shouldn't Pikachu be like at least level 100 or close to it....I think Ash should evolve Pikachu to a Raichu....just think of a Raichu doing a Volt Tackle

      @drac I thought he tried to evolve him at one point, and Pikachu didn't want to or something.

        @scribus that was really early in the first season when Ash tried to fight Lt. Surge the 3rd gym leader in Kanto
