@jinroh awesome! Happy birthday to your little bro Rosh Hashanah is on the Jewish calendar so it moves around a bit on the Gregorian calendar (I was born on Rosh Hashanah in 87)

@jinroh Eep? Letter to Princess Celestia. But, yes, I will often respond to things hours or even days after they are sent, since I only sort of check in from time to time. Way too much going on to stay on here all of the time.

@astra Someone set up some kind of art-installation with a high powered beam. I don't own a good camera so the shots came out kind of awful, but it was pretty interesting to see it.

@ceruleanspark Hmmm, will have to check these out when I can hop on from a real computer (as opposed to my cell phone here). What I can see of them on here looked interesting, though! Pretty high-powered green laser going on, there.

@astra Yes. Apparently there are 3 such installations forming a giant green triangle over my local area. I presume the artist intends to photograph it from above. It's just interesting to see something like that hanging so low in the sky.

@astra They've shut it down for the night now (The beam gets very diffuse at range and is probably shining straight into someones house), but they're going to fire it up every night for the next few days, so I might try to take some more (better) photos tomorrow and over the weekend.
