I accidentally played Deus Ex for like, 6 hours again. I thought it was 1o'clock, but then I looked at my watch again and it was nearly 4 o'clock. That game gets me immersed...nothing like looting impoverished Chinese people to fund my augmentation upgrades.

@ceruleanspark I totally meant to get Icarus but I got max hack stealth, hacking 4, robot domination, max inventory, strength, social enhancement, flash protection...I think that's it. I'm gonna get Icarus eventually...

@communistprime Tong. Ah. It's worth pointing out that boss battles in this game are very poorly designed and that the Typhoon makes them a lot less tedious. They're totally completable manually, but the typhoon basically lets you skip them.

@ceruleanspark Yes, I found that out in my fight against Barrett. I was like !ARGH a lot, but eventually I put enough AP 10mm rounds in his chest to kill him.

@communistprime I just threw those barrels of high explosive at him until he died. Saves on bullets that way.

@ceruleanspark Ah, I'm on the hardest. Do you have a reticule for your weapons? I'm not sure if I have a graphical glitch or they're just nonexistent.

@communistprime I have reticules. Unless not having an aiming reticule is an artifact of the difficulty?

@ceruleanspark I have zero reticule, haha. Do items highlight for you as well? I think I most likely have a graphical glitch, though I'm surprised this laptop runs the game at all.

@communistprime Item highlighting can be toggled from the menu, I think. I had it on.

@ceruleanspark I'll have to see about that. It would be really helpful, and seems like something that would be included in any good ocular implant package! But I certainly have no reticules, unless I have sights or iron sights. Makes aiming the stun gun really hard.
