  1. Short annoyance rant. The Maury show is terrible. Maury himself gets a kick out of the drama and it usually doesn't help anyone. hey pick the most pitiful people they can find for views. A good deal of their lie detector tests /seem/ rigged, though I won't question the paternity tests. Alot of the drama stirred up seemt o be on purpose, and why does everyone yell to the camera backstage? Certainly THIS many people yell so fiercely while telling the story, and why does the audience ALWAYS boo the second person who comes out? Just because the crying, cheating whore out front came first? What about his side? And when the end comes, he's right, and he STILL gets booed even thought he woman needs to be booed. This show treats people horribly and only chooses the ones that will get them the most ratings. I know this show is terrible, but.. I can't...stop...watching... DAMN YOU MAURY.

        2. @celery @grimauxiliatrix It's really just a new variation on a theme that's hundreds of years old: the freak show. Come see the freaks. Except now you don't pay a man behind the curtain, you pay the cable bill and stay in. Same deal. I don't think most of it's real.

          2. @drewdle JERRY! JERRY! JERRY! ... at least back then, the freakshows were actually cool. I want to see the cool freaks. D: Also, I dun have cable. x3 @nerthos I do agree there. It is funny. And that's a reason we watch it. It doesn't change the fact though that they are public ally humiliating these people/actors. (most likely the latter for some, I bet)

            1. @celery Everyday i see the kind of "people" @grimauxiliatrix showed in the first video, in the streets, That's how much bucked up is my country. I've stop caring for the vast majority of people long ago, now i just laugh at them. Not that i watch TV, i watch about two hours a week.

              1. @nerthos I think I watch it less than that, really. Mostly because the TV is int he back room and my laptop is the in front. >.>;

                1. @celery I mostly watch it for the weather and some series like Dr. House, or more recently Terra Nova. It doesn't help me that my parents are alyaws watching something, if not the notices, some cop's show like csi.

                  1. @nerthos I'm still a nutcase for animated shows. So if I watch TV, it's usually PBS kids. >o> Or just PBS. I freaking LOVE Nova and documentaries.

                    1. @celery Last animated show i saw on TV was Kid vs Kat. Having an idiotic youth public, there's almost nothing worth of seeing in kid's channels.
