      @ponydude2143 I have not a clue - I know Favors are used, but it seems there's some time-variable in the mix. I've also seen notices just drop off randomly - so there might be admin rights on that - dunno.

      @ponydude2143 Quite possibly it would seem. I doubt they update the stats on those often (popular notices I mean).
