@greydragon412 oh what the program is for? Well.. I have a list of know conditions and physical properties of a twin shaft turbofan engine and i'm modeling the heat transfer and vibration within the turbine. Though as to what is actually measuring these conditions, many many sensors attached to testing rig set up in a lab.

Hey Everypony! It seems as though my weekend has vanished already and it's only Friday.. Anyneigh (hmm that one needs work) I'll be programming all tonight so be prepared for random pop ins and slightly off topic/color posts :D

@greydragon412 yes.. I'm new to the site, though so far I'm enjoying it. @abigpony aww thanks, but I don't really need luck just another set of hands and a keyboard so I can bust this out quicker and go grab a much needed drink :D

@greydragon412 right now I'm writing an FEA program for a project I'm working on. I know C++, perl, MATlab, and Mathmatica. Programming isn't my major, but it's a large subset and I use it almost too often haha. So what do you plan to do in college?

@greydragon412 ha you're right it should be 'a' not 'an' stupid basic english.... But, sorry about that, I've been talking tech all week so let me reword my previous message. The programs I write are for structural and thermo analysis. So basically it looks to see where something has gotten too hot or has too much stress and lets me know.

@greydragon412 but I wish you the best of luck with getting into one of those companies. I have a couple of friends trying to do the same thing, but it can be a hard industry to break into, especially the big names.
