@nightwillow I see myself in mirrors in my dreams. I know this because I have tried this before. I have never been able to achieve this Lucid dreaming thing because I instantly wake up upon realizing its a dream, not only that I have found that my brain adjusts to my "checks." like the mirror. I honestly don't think I've ever flipped a light switch in my dream though lol

@starlightbolt if you are losing control, spin around in a circle. it helps concentrate your brain on the task, and not the surroundings and your situation.

@shalabajza dunno. but do keep a dream journal. i haven't updated mine in months, but it is interesting, even if it isn't helpful for dreaming. btw, this should all go in the !ponydreamers group
