Thinking about arranging my first meetup. Anypony got any tips?

@pengawill I helped to arrange the first Utah meet up. A few suggestions: divide the work load and have a goal. We ended up standing around akwardly and figuring out what to do.... and even getting there was tedious. Having someone assist in the plan is a BIG help... if you have an all ages place that holds interest for all, that's the place to go... even if it's just an arcade

@ponygeist well, i already know theres not going to be too many people there, 8 or 9 at the most. I can only think of one or two places really that we could go. What all would I have to plan? I mean, i know i have to tell people about it, get a date set, certain things like that. Anything major I would have to worry about?

@pengawill Worry about everyone's transport, a method of identification, and an event to bring everyone together... even if it's just a roundtable of "X is the best pony because Y"
