  1. Randomly bleeding from your scalp isn't a symptom of anything is it?

    1. @ceruleanspark Maybe scratching too much? Or too hard? I can't think of much else.

      1. @fallinwinter I mostly notice it as soon as I wake up. Do you think I'm doing it in my sleep?

        1. @ceruleanspark I dunno. Is it like large amounts or just like a little bit? Because now that I think about it, now and again I find a bit of dried blood.

          1. @fallinwinter I WAKE UP COVERED IN MY OWN BLOOD AND ALSO OTHER FLUIDS. No, it's small amounts.

            1. @ceruleanspark I doubt it's anything to worry about. I would however worry about these other fluid unless you can identify them and know who they're from. Unless you're okay with not knowing.

              1. @fallinwinter every time I notice it I get visions of those gross parasites that lay eggs in your head and then I want to light my head on fire to cleanse it.

                1. @ceruleanspark Even more doubtful. Though that is a disturbing image.

                  1. @fallinwinter That's how people's minds work though. They obsess about particularly bad, but unlikely things whilst ignoring things that are actually likely to happen.

                    1. @ceruleanspark That's why people panic and ask where there glasses went when they find them on their head.

                      1. @fallinwinter It's also why you need to be scanned and background checked to even set foot on a plane, but nobody thinks twice before driving to work, despite the fact that thousands of people die in car accidents daily.

                        1. @ceruleanspark That's comparing two different things though. A check for people on the plane has nothing to do with the plane crashing.

                          1. @fallinwinter They're both fear motivated though. The fear of terorrism (a low probability event) drives people to wait through increasingly intrusive security checks, but the fear of dying in a car crash doesn't deter anyone from driving.

                            1. @ceruleanspark Ah, I get where you're coming from now.
