@communistprime What think ye of The Old Republic? It was nice to watch the promotional cinematic, but I like anything by Blur, the studio that did it. I've never been a big fan of most of the expanded universe stuff.

@patch Definitely a lot of fun. Back in the time when Jedi were awesome and Sith were just as much so, and non-force users were still able to be awesome. The voice acting is good and the story is great, though I've only played a bit of the Imperial Agent and moreso of the Bounty Hunter.

@communistprime Right on. I tell you, it's been weird seeing the power creep of Jedi over the decades. But a lot of the stories are still fun. I really liked Gendy Ican'tspellhislastname's Clone Wars Animated Series. That got my nephews into roleplaying!

@patch Yeah, I've noticed that too. You just gotta remember that the farther back you go (till a certain point) the force users were all a lot stronger, with the exception of Starkiller who I still think is total bull.

@communistprime Never heard of him/her/it, and I think I'm grateful for that. I'll continue to enjoy me my un-messed-with original trilogy, my Clone Wars animation, and the occasional Star Wars tabletop game.

@ponydude2143 No, I liked it, but the outcome was known from the beginning, and no matter how powerful you are or how well you play, the final victory is hollow and stupid.
