  1. Another thing, It would hurt to learn how to style hair a bit, some of these customs have extremely long hair and need to be trimmed a bit. I'd feel out right silly bringing one up to a barber to trim it for me. Can you imagine the looks you'd get? HA!

      1. @macpony55 It might be a possibility, but I was thinking along the lines of practicing on the pony bases before ripping the hair out. Having a show accurate Roseluck is what Im going for. After that....maybe try my hand at sculpting. A Sherriff Silverstar is wanted in my collection.

          1. @macpony55 I started on customs back in september when I saw how much they were selling for. Now that I've tried to make a few, It's not as easy to do. If you know what you're doing and can make them look good, you can make some money on them. I'm still trying to find the right paint technique...and don't get me started on rehairing...I haven't quite found the right way to do it. Tails are easy, the manes on the other hand....I gave up for awhile, now I just want to go back to making customs to fill some holes in my collection for customs I havent seen made yet. Also to try out several ideas of my own.
