    Is it possible for a soap opera to have an episode without one melodramatic crying/drama scene? I am convinced that it isn't.

        @shori umadbrah? and @leonkfox that is the entire point of a soap opera, its part of their definition, so technically, it isnt possible XD

          @djtized I just hate how these shows have a cast made up of mundane people, but tell stories that are blown out of proportion, if not at times downright inplausible.

        @shori Oh god, that's another cliche I've noticed whenever I catch soaps on around Christmas, something BIG AND DRAMATIC happening every single god damn Christmas. I know nsome Christmases do have...less than desireable outcomes even in real life, but this crap happens every bloody year, it makes suspending my disbelief...well, difficult.
