      1. @onetrickpony The only brony at your school? wow, !gsmst is my school and the ones that actually have an account here are just a handful that I managed to drag on here

        1. @macpony55 Yup. Like I said in an earlier post, I hate living in the bible belt. Anything that isn't football, hunting, or gospel is considered "Of the Devil" and is thenceforth deemed "Wrong" to watch

          1. @onetrickpony I hate religion for just that very reason, way too controlling

Friday, 13-Jan-12 03:39:36 UTC from web
            1. @macpony55 I'm okay with Religion, it's just that I hate /controlling/ religions. I have a faith I believe in, but it's literally the /bane/ of mot christians. Also, the whole "Being gay" doesn't help me either

              1. @onetrickpony I can see why that would be a problem :/

                1. @macpony55 Wiccanism is stated in the bible as being a devil worshipper, and homosexuality is also called being against the will of god

Friday, 13-Jan-12 03:43:54 UTC from web
                  1. @onetrickpony Well going with the religion, you would have been created by god, and in going along with the creation story, in his image, meaning that homosexuality is in essence a feature of god

    3. @thatonepony It isn't narrow minded, show me a single religion that doesn't have some restriction

Friday, 13-Jan-12 03:42:00 UTC from web
      1. @macpony55 'Good men don't need rules; now is not the time to find out why I have so many' Granted, some religions take their devotion too far, and many have restrictions that aren't entirely necessary, but most of them are rooted in the desire to make people better, either by limiting evil actions or promoting good ones. That said, I don't subscribe to any religion myself =P

        1. @tenmihara The main thing that gets me in religion is the sexism, especially Christian and Baptist religions and god being referred to as "He"

Friday, 13-Jan-12 03:47:53 UTC from web
          1. @macpony55 @thatonepony Hey. Cool it, both of you.

          2. @macpony55 Wanna know the real roots of the 'taboo' of homosexuality? Back in the times before artificial conception, homosexuals couldn't contribute to population growth. That meant no new workers, soldiers or whatever the country happened to need population growth at the time for. Homosexuality was made taboo in order to encourage more breeding, plain and simple, and from there it just became a garbled phone call (there's an expression for it, but I forget what it is)

            1. @tenmihara That does make sense

Friday, 13-Jan-12 03:53:59 UTC from web
          3. Religion is a sensitive subject and it would be best if the topic was DROPPED.

    4. @thatonepony Do you live in the southwestern United States?

Friday, 13-Jan-12 03:42:39 UTC from web
      1. @onetrickpony *southeastern

Friday, 13-Jan-12 03:42:53 UTC from web
    5. @thatonepony Then I understand your response ... GUess what, you're in the bible belt too.

Friday, 13-Jan-12 03:44:39 UTC from web
    6. @thatonepony All have certain guidelines that decide whether you can be considered part of it, that to me is considered a restriction to the religion

Friday, 13-Jan-12 03:49:12 UTC from web
    7. @thatonepony That's the BB effect. You were raised to defend religion and what it means to you with a closed mind. I don't agree with Mac, but I'm going apegrapes about it.

    8. @thatonepony We cling to religion that tells us men are dominant yet try to remove sexism from society, there's a reason it still exists despite the efforts

Friday, 13-Jan-12 03:51:36 UTC from web
    9. @thatonepony It has good aspects and bad, I prefer to just stay out of all, and we probably should just drop it
