          @ceruleanspark IT doesn't allow students to torrent, and they monitor upload rates. Making a habit of big long uploads gets your internet taken away.

              @ceruleanspark Well that's a duh, it's that they take it seriously that makes it annoying. Everyone does it anyways (even the IT staff) we just found that not seeding makes it very hard to get caught.

      @greydragon412 A lot of the better torrent trackers examine the ratio from your client and don't let you get files unless you've got a history of seeding.
