      @ceruleanspark Last time I saw Tamagotchi, it was on that Mario and Pacman Arcade Racing game. Kind of an interesting game.

      @abigpony They've got...IR and friends lists and stuff now, apparently. Back in the day I remember that mine would die due to some buffer overflow bug after it hit a certain age.

      @abigpony I would love and feed mine and keep it super happy every day, but after X days, it'd die automatically. I guess that's a (extremely depressing) metaphor for actual pet ownership.
