      @zim Just one of the many things that makes school such an odd oxymoron. It's supposed to be about learning, yet everything is designed to make it as bad an experience as can be. It's like the people who invented school stepped back and said"how can we make it so kids are punished for doing what we want them to and rewarded for the opposite". Just my opinion, but I work there, so it's a qualified one.

              @zim All I'm saying is there's too little evidence-based teaching, and too much teaching based on vague notions like "individuality" "creativity". Equilibrium had the right approach. Bring on the mandatory emotion-killing drugs, I say!
