    @starshine I think the hair is harder to replace on the McD's ponies because the heads don't detach. I'm not sure though, I don't really know much about it.

      @basil @starlightbolt Isn't there some solution that dissolves the glue that holds the old hair in, or something like that? I have no idea, really.

        @starshine i don't know how the McDonalds ones are held in. In the normal ones they are just plugs and you can pop off the head and pull them out through there. But these are one piece.
