    Good lord, the worst thing about having a cold for me is my tinnitus, it becomes so much worse when I get one. Really can not wait until this passes.

        @purplephish20 Had it since 2006, and it probably came about from listening to music too loudly. It's bearable most of the time unless it's dead silent (and at night to sleep I use a fan to mask it anyway) but when I have a cold it's a constant bother due to the pressure.

          @leonkfox bloody hell that must be awful... and yet I still have my head/earphones in about 10 hours a day... quite loudly...

            @purplephish20 If I'd known about Tinnitus I would have taken more care to avoid it, but...oh well. I could have it a lot worse and it only really bothers me when I have a cold etc.
