      @yuri I kind of prefer having a few elite minatures though, it's why I chose the Space Marines over the Orks out of the Black Reach starter set. Maybe I'll try a more scatter/hoarde like army one day, but for now I think I'm content with Space Marines.

          @ceruleanspark I don't have any Imperial Guard stuff though, but they seem like a scatter army, I.e you have a lot of models due to a low points cost but they go down like bowling pins. I've seen people playing them in one of the beginners games I played, had some Dark Eldar approaching him and he deployed as far back on the board as he could xD

            @leonkfox Back in the day, the strategy either to win by sheer force of numbers, or to deploy as many tanks and gun emplacements as possible and just bombard the target into oblivion.
