Okay, so thanks to @trister, I have some questions for this quiz show. Who's interested in being a contestant for it? (For now, I'm limiting it to three people and because Trister said that the questions were from the meet in Leeds, those that attended aren't aloud to enter, sadly. If things go well and I get a second episode going, then I'll think up some unique questions). If you're interested, give me your Skype name and I'll see what we can do

@scribble Mumble is a VoIP client/server, no different to skype, it just works better than skype does with games cause it uses less memory, it's actually much better for calling ^^;

@cavatina What do you mean sorry? I never said it was a bad idea, I just thought that Skype was more used than Mumble, that's it

@scribble SKype IS more used than mumble. But getting people to install the client for the quiz shouldnt be a problem. Mumble is also more ideal for this sort of thing cause of the control it gives you of recording, you could have everyone in a seperate file, and make it nicer to listen to, and stuff. <3.

@cavatina if they don't mind installing it could work pretty well. I have no experience with it, but then I barely use skype. it's worth considering at least

@trister Mumble is just a client/server thing, any has text chat too, all anypony needs is to connect to the server, we'd have to do some tests to make sure everypony could connect off the bat though, in case anyone has issues (unlikely, but still worth checking), but the audio quality, latency and recording system is much better than skypes from my experience~

@cavatina sounds like it could be pretty useful. I like the idea. Of course, i'm just suggesting questions at the moment, and I don't get along with technology too well. but I guess that means if I can use it any potential contestant could =D

@trister Yus X3, Oh and something you may like (@Scribbs, you too), it works on a non call basis, all someone has to do to join the conversation is connect to the server so IN THEORY, you could use it as a RDN VoIP server when quiz's arent happening! (cc @ceruleanspark)

@scribble Okay~ @trister @Scribble if i have any issue with setting it up, i have no qualms paying monthly for one as long as everypony uses it, which i guess would make it the official RDN server? XD, or i can just pay for it on a per use basis <3. which just involves cancelling the subcription after it's used. X3.

@cavatina The only problem is if we use it as an offical RDN Mumble server AND for the game show, what will we need to do if we want to record while people are in there talking that aren't set to be in the show?

@scribble Well thats where you'd have rules really, pre-arranged times, cause what you can do is shut down the server, add a password, and lock it down, then open it up after~ This is just an idea though, if i manage to host it myself, then it wont be constantly on cause i do need my computer sometimes X3

@cavatina Maybe every Sunday, as that's typically a day when no-one is working and adjust it to a time that's comfortable for most people

@trister @Scribble @Ceruleanspark It'll only have 16 slots mind, i cant afford to pay for any more, so unless you wanna contribute OR host it yourself, we cant go above that yet~ But that'd be no different to if we had a minecraft server really.

@cavatina We don't have capacity to spare here right now. Amazon will GIVE you a server for free if you look at Amazon Web Services though.
