      1. @missloki Our new lunch delivery van stocks these little bentos that make excellent snack lunches.

          1. @missloki And I have secured a freshly made chicken and pesto flatbread wrap for lunch and a slice of cheesecake for desert.

            1. @ceruleanspark Very cool. I have… an iced soy latte.

              1. @missloki Freshly squeezed orange juice here. I got my caffiene fix from my disgusting instant coffee first thing. Because of my anti-depressants, I end up having a double-breakfast. I have coffee and pills, and then later, a proper meal.

                1. @ceruleanspark Ah. I don't much care for breakfast, personally. I'll usually have a banana or some cereal or something.

                  1. @missloki I am reliably informed by various scienticians that not-eating breakfast as soon as you get up helps you sleep better anyway.

                    1. @ceruleanspark Hmm... I hadn't heard that. Over here we stress breakfast as the most important meal of the day. I just don't like most breakfast foods and I'm usually not that hungry in the mornings.

                      1. @missloki It's something to do with training yourself to be hungry at that time, and the metabolic warmup your body starts as a result. Apparently this warmup activity tends to disrupt your last couple of hours of sleep.

                        1. @ceruleanspark Hmm... good to know. Thanks!

                          1. @missloki My source is Tim Ferris's book "The Four Hour Body", which is a fascinating book if you're into tricking your body into doing stuff that's good for it.

                            1. @ceruleanspark Always! I've only recently taught myself to quit drinking while I'm eating.

    2. @ceruleanspark Eating left over food from some hokey team's flight. It's from a catering company and is nothing like your usual airplane food.

      1. @renovatedkitchen I never had a problem with airline food. Maybe because I only tend to fly international?

        1. @ceruleanspark What I tell people, is imagine food that is fed to only millionaires. That is the food I get. Actually sick of restaurant food now.

          1. @renovatedkitchen As an attractive millionaire secret agent, I can confirm that you do get sick of it after a while.

            2. @ceruleanspark Actually, yesterday we had the richest man in Canada come through, and the most successful woman CEO. She owns eBay and is the CFO or something rather of HP.
