@greydragon412 Maybe I should be more specific. I don't think that people (or in this case, ponies) would build a functional building to "complete the traditional picture." Come on, it's gotta do SOMETHING instead of look pretty.

@greydragon412 Those two explanations are definitely the most plausible. I guess I'd lean towards crushing wheat instead of tourism, unless it's extremely old.
