   !bcbronies I've got to work on this project so I probably can't help plan for most of the rest of the day, but see what we can figure out regarding getting Daniel in on this and make sure all planning is done with Fan Expo in mind.

         @thepuzzldpirate !bcbronies If I'm not mistaken, it's like a 20-minute walk from the convention centre. I am a bit concerned about the tight timing for the islanders afterwards, though. How far away is wherever the ferry terminal is?

            @bronymike !bcbronies; If we are trying to cacth it live...ouch, My guess is they are coming from horseshoe bay, There probably is a bus that will take you to central van. When things are finalized we should post the address to the room.

               @thepuzzldpirate !bcbronies I wasn't talking about catching it live. As I've been saying, I've been trying to plan this for after the convention's done for the day, so as to avoid scheduling conflicts. Unfortunately, the team running Fan Expo still doesn't have the schedule up, meaning it's harder for us to plan our stuff around it.

                  @bronymike !bcbronies ah, then still ouch, they would probably have to crash somewhere, being a saturday, I don't think it would be too much of problem.

                     @thepuzzldpirate !bcbronies Though, this all does depend on the scheduling still. If nothing that great is going on between like 12 and 1:30, we could totally set it up for a lunchtime thing. People might need to sacrifice attending a panel or two though, which is why until the schedule's posted, I think planning it for after everything is the best tentative schedule.
