   !bcbronies Just a reminder to everyone, I believe that since this is less than a week away, we are now locked into our 60-person-capacity room with the finale meetup plan outlined at http://mlpf.im/BcFinale. Now we've just got during-the-con meetups to plan, as well as snacks and the like. @thepuzzldpirate, what's the protocol in case we suddenly get like 120 people with us the day-of and they're all paying? Is there still any possibility of short-notice expansion?

      @bronymike !bcbronies We have to hope the room beside us is open, we have to pay for the room and pay $50 extra for changing contract.
