          @mushi I think Photoshop is more to "improve" a drawing after it was made on Paint Tool, wich is more oriented to draw.

      @jakerman416 Strange, I installed it on a lot of computers ... Be sure to do all your Windows updates, maybe you're missing some .NET librairies.
