The European Commission is also suing Germany for not making sure that the money they provide to the "Deutsche Bahn" for #maintaining their rail network can also be used for passenger service and goods traffic which also gives "the 2nd-largest transport company in the world" a competitive advantage http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deutsche_Bahn cc @question
