I'm going to try my hand at making another curry dish tonight! Main ingredients: beans ( I cannot find the English name for this variety... - whole pods, cut into strips), and a clove of garlic, a small shallot and some green of a leek to fry (in chilli oil!) before adding beans & water, curry powder, a few curry leaves and maybe some other spices; coconut milk when it's nearly done. Or, at least, that's the plan :D Cut the veggies already, but now my hands need to warm up first! #cooking
