@drewdle @tara ahh, sorry. Err.... slicing cheddar cheese, putting it on sliced bread, putting it in a toastie bag, and throwing it in the toaster... or at least that was my method.... fried the bread, but the cheese.... stayed cool and solid

@ceruleanspark I considered that before, but actually, all modern toasters now have a failsafe so they dont work like that, fire prevention you see?

@ceruleanspark Or get a sandwich toaster; they're explicitly designed so that "on its side" is the standard way of operating them.
