@mk Getting warnings about Libpano13 which was built with a different (earlier) TIFF library than (Enblend) and Hugin - so I'll need to rebuild Libpano13 first, and then make Hugin (again 4) #learninglinux #thingsphotographersdo

@mk Will you give your 'binary' to a public repository so that others can possibly use it too? I'd like to. Completly #opensource isn't it?

@kuro it's not a distribution build but a local build for my own machine - it probably would not run on someone else's machie. BUT build completed! Now I'm getting wxWidgets errors when starting the program... :( Possibly because I used a Debian testing version of it instead of getting it from the official repo. May try that next #learninglinux!

@mk OK, so I have an executable... all it does is show a splash screen and then a repeating wxWidgets error; if I tell that not to show the message next time it no longer appears but Hugin quietly disappears, too... I should at least try to get wxWidgets from *their* offical repo instead of Debian's testing! #learninglinux #thingsphotographersdo

@kuro yes... except that Debian's 'testing' even can lag far behind upstream's 'official release' :-/ Which is the main reason I'm trying to build myself in the first place
