@wafers Yeah. His people loved him. When he was killed the people of Rome gathered and killed the conspirators. But before his death, he was the beloved leader of Rome. After he was murdered, his statue was put with the statues of their gods, the first ruler to have such an honor since Romulus.

@comradeconventrix Perhaps a bit. The human race as a whole disgusts me and since we are all weaving our own destruction with international hostilities and such, I think one unified power over the world would be much better than hundreds of countries fighting for supremacy.

@comradeconventrix I love the history channel. I love seeing all these leaders with their ethics, policies, how they did things, how they treated their subjects, and how they fell along with the plethora of war stuff that I also love. And then there is Pawn Stars. I like Pawn Stars a lot too.

@wafers Yeah. I use the word inquisitor as to describe someone who's over the law to hunt those who are a threath or are simply evil doers. Nothing to do with the historic inquisition. The concept remains, but not the religious zealotry.
