      @woona Oh, that happened to me when I tried to buy something from steam and it wouldn't take. I was using a crappy Walmart Visa Debit though. I eventually got what I wanted when the whole Portal series went on a major sale and it finally took. I got my thirty seven dollars back eventually. Check your card's website, it may have details on your purchases.
