                          1. @vcgriffin yes and no. The greeks used basic geometry to prove the world was round, and not flat. They also used same basic geometry skills to understand that the Earth revolved around the sun. Then for some reason, post-Roman Empire, the West decided to get stupid and believe the earth was flat and the sun moved at its whim
