    My only hope to fix my PC right now is Windows Vista. It's been 15 minutes and only now did the taskbar appear.

      @stormstep I normally have Windows 8, but something is up with the installation and it BSODs on me. So I'm booting from my mom's old Hard Drive which has Vista on it in hopes that I can copy the Win 8 installation files onto my flash drive and then repair Windows.
