    Is it bad that the fastest computer to start up in this house is a Pentium II laptop computer running Windows 98 with 128 MB of RAM? Its also the quietest and smallest. Hmmmm...

      @techdisk Not really. Startup time is not /that/ related to system performance or resources

        @nerthos I guess so. It also probably helps that I installed Windows 98 on the thing literally yesterday.
