    hmm, the internetbanking website is still down, no ping result either (though some server admins deliberately do not implement ping); the webserver seems to reply, but only that the requested page / does not exist. :(

      aha, it seems they created a nw access URL for the internet banking system, and apparently 'forgot' to redirect the old one to the new one - you can only get there by navigating the general part of the website to get to the link that now goes to the new URL - adapted my KeePassX record for them. (Finding the general website works now also illustrates that ping is deliberately disabled.)
