@hannes2peer is the price of the #house 235000 / 9.3 = 25268€ ? Would be #really cheap, considering the almost too good condition (inside)

@mcscx it's comparably cheap yes, but it doesn't e.g. have proper central heating, only electric radiators. also it's a little weird

@hannes2peer is that a wooden house? Or is it bricks (with wooden panels)? The "house on the rock" recently was obviously wooden.

@mcscx that's of interest if you want to lend money to buy the house. there's a fee for setting up "inteckningar/pantbrev" to get a loan to>
