    After yet another bout of trial and error and looking at examples in yet more tutorials, I have FINALLY figured out how to use the ssh "shortcut" set up in ssh_config to connect to a remote Git repository on Hal. This syntax I have NOT found in any tutorial yet - I just had a brainwave after reading so many! \o/ # # # # # # #
