    So. Apparently it's 100% possible to complete Fallout New Vegas without using any healing items whatsoever, and without healing. http://pny.lv/mfgq

    And I do mean "Without healing". As in, ignoring any times the game just gives out health.

        @bobo He even accounted for the fact Fallout NV has very slow autohealing by using a "true health counter".
