@mcscx I didn't :) good idea, wrong country! I need warmer insted of colder (and if that isn't possible, then at least current temperatures). Of course in teh Dutch countryside proces are lower tan in the cities, too - but of Dutch cities Groningen has about the lowest prices.

@mcscx That house does look nice though - but of course in the countryside I'd need a car, which would take some of the price advantage away...
