            @mmn OTOH probably @hannes2peer prefers not seeing the porn on .se's WholeNetwork timeline. So maybe let's just keep the bug ;-) @cyberczar

              @mcscx Or just implement a quick & dirty blacklist thing for instances. Which I think there's a plugin for but I haven't tried it.

              Yeah, I wouldn't call it censorship, quitter.se is just not dedicated to porn, so people or visitors shouldn't see frequent porn on the public timeline or Network timeline.

              Look at it the other way round: Your instance *is* dedicated to porn – so you wouldn't want your public timeline "spammed with _non-porn_ posts" (like the posts we're just creating) ;-)

              Your users would say "Is this a porn instance or not? Relieve us from all that non-porn text spam" ;-)

              The "localonly" option is afaik obsolete b/c there is now a "network timeline" link anyway.
