@madflavors I like Luna a lot...I still think Twilight Sparkle is my favorite, with Applejack in a close second. Need moar Luna still to totally decide though.

@guzzy Pinkie really grew on me in Party Of One. Her flat hair just looked cuter to me than her normal hair, and made we want to hug her so bad.

@lonewanderer This show definitely tugged at my heart strings here and there, and I even shed a tear in a couple spots. You really do care for the characters when they're hurt.

@madflavors I don't write fics, and I don't read many either. I've been thinking of writing one, but nah, I'm not much of a writer. Think I'm gonna start reading more, though. There is obviously talent in this fandom.

@lonewanderer I believe I am a decent writer, but I never have any good ideas. When I write things, I pretty much just grab a pen/keyboard and start writing whatever pops up in my head. I don't really have a hard time coming up with something, but if you ever read something I've written, don't expect a deep story.

@flaxx I think people connect with these characters so much more than other shows because of the way they're written, and that they can fail and make mistakes just like anyone else. It makes them seem just that much more "real" in that regard.

@princessluna You got a point there. I'm not good at analyzing things, so instead of thinking "Why am I able to connect so well with these characters?" I think something like "BY CELESTIA THIS SHOW IS AWESOME AND EVERYTHING'S SO BEAUTIFUL AND THE PONIES ARE SO CUTE AND THEY'RE SO AWESOME AND I WISH I LIVED IN EQUESTRIA AND OH LORD PINKIE PIE HAS A BABY ALLIGATOR I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!" Or something like that.

@flaxx It's not that hard to do, but it is pretty hard to explain. It involves similarities, differences and reading between the lines. It's really simple once you know what you're doing.
