@hfaust Digital things usually can't be physically bought with hard cash, or doing so would be extremely impractical. Also they take no time at all to be delivered. Physical things I either go to a store for, or arrange a pickup time with the person who sells it and pay in cash when I pick it up. I also have no credit card nor I have any intention to get one.

@nerthos I had a debit card that I got from my first job (here your salary is paid via a bank account unless you work as construction worker or similar). So that's how I bought things.

@hfaust Oh, yeah, it's the same over here. I've been working mostly on my own though doing electrical maintenance and installations, so I haven't had any need to deal with banks.

@nerthos Funnily enough my other job is the one where I sustain myself and the main one is to only have health and other benefits.
