      1. Simple, user base size. Yet, I would technically prefer something like GNU Social (or gnu social itself). I'm tech geek, and like distributed, privacy and autonomous stuff. But still, larger user base means (possibly) more results for same work. Or maybe I'll switch over to Twitter at some point. Who knows. Google+ is also quit dead. But it's SNR is actually quite good.
